Security deposit will be processed within 2 to 3 days after moved out
Can I book/reserve the apartment without paying the deposit?
Deposit is required to confirmed a reservation. You can also walk-in on the same day of move in but it will be subjected to the apartment availability.
Can I pay directly in the property?
Yes, payment option is available in the property. We accept cash and card payment there.
How can I make the reservation/booking?
You have pay deposit is advance to reserve/book the unit
When can I view the apartment?
Viewing is possible from 9am to 7pm, late viewing can be arranged upon request.
Are the photos being original?
Yes, photos may be vary based on the type and can be provided upon request.
Is there a service fee/charges?
There is no service fee/charges on rent
