• Rent Includes: (DEWA, WIFI, GAS, AC & 1 PARKING SPACE)
• Monthly bills for DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) consumption should not be more than AED. 300/- For Studio & 1 BR and AED. 500/- For 2B/3B, above consumption will be paid by the Tenant.
• AC (air-condition) monthly consumption should not be more than AED.300/- for Studio & 1BR, AED.500/- for 2B/3BR, above consumption will be paid by the tenant.
• If the Tenant wishes to extend or vacate the apartment, 10 Days' Notice is required, otherwise deposit will not be refunded.
• Full Rent Amount should be paid in advance monthly. (Partial payment will not be accepted)
• If non-finalizing of the agreement, deposit will not be refunded once paid.
• If cancellation is made after check-in and signing the agreement (Day1), the amount paid will not be refundable, unless we find a replacement same time, 25% will be deducted from the total paid amount.
• Any damaged item/s inside the flat will be charged to the tenant after vacating.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
• Parties and any loud noise or music are not allowed in the apartment.
• Re-Rental of the Apartment and any commercial use for the apartment are strictly prohibited. Anyone caught will be penalized.
• If the Tenant didn't pay the rent in proper time, All His /Her belongings will be removed from the apartment and all the services will be disconnected. The Tenant has no right to claim and should vacate the apartment immediately.
